Lesson Plan

Reactive Neuromuscular Training is a comprehensive educational program focused on correcting movement patterns and improving dysfunctional movement patterns by taking advantage of the power of the brain. This difficult concept is made simple to understand in this video series. In the videos, Mitch presents a 2-part system for priming the nervous system and grooving patterns to make permanent changes in how people move so they can move more efficiently and move more frequently. There is also a 58 page manual to accompany the video series that can be downloaded once you purchase the course.
