This course will review some daily interventions to help ensure you rebuild a strong core to correct and prevent pain as a mom returns to normal activities of daily living and sport.

- Discuss core musculature and their role on supporting the low back and pelvis
- Review simple exercises to perform during pregnancy and soon after to prevent and treat back pain.
